Zacapa 23 Years 70cl. - Case

Ron Zacapa was created in 1976 to commemorate the centenary of the founding of the city of the same name, Zacapa, a city in Guatemala located about 112 km from the capital. The name Zacapa comes from the Aztec language which means: "over the river of grass." The balance of delicate and unique flavors of Zacapa 23 is derived from a mixture of aged rums between 6 and 23 years, coming from the "Solera System" aging process.

Description

PREPARATION

Zacapa 23 years is a rum made with different mixtures obtained by aging from 6 to 23 years in oak barrels that contained American whiskey, using the solera system, with lathes and a long and slow journey, clinging well to the glass. The fermentation process uses yeast extracted from pineapple that helps develop better aromas and flavors and thus achieve an exceptional product.
