 PRODUCTION

The gin Wint & Lila Strawberry is made from Wint & Lila gin with a blend of natural strawberries.

It is produced at Casalbor Wines & Spirits, in El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz (Spain), a distillery with more than 200 years of history, which has seven different stills, each one provides different nuances; consequently, the gin they produce is very special. Production is carried out in small batches. The production process includes 5 distillations with 10 botanicals and more precisely: juniper, coriander, angelica, angelica root, cinnamon, lemon and lime peel, mint, and Seville orange. The stills are heated using the "au bain Marie" system, a unique distillation system, with a slow, non-aggressive heating method that delicately extracts the pure essence of each botanical. After the distillation process, each individual alcohol rests for a few weeks before purified water is added.

 TASTING

Appearance: Bright and pink.

Nose: Aromas of juniper, cinnamon, coriander.

Palate: Herbaceous flavor, palate with sweet strawberry nuances.
