PREPARATION

Grapes: 100% Verdejo Win makes a white wine with medium maceration. Subsequent extraction of ethyl alcohol using a sophisticated method that is highly respectful of the product. Made with Verdejo variety grapes. Without aging and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Its production has been carried out following strict technological winemaking processes, thanks to the extraction of polyphenols from the best grapes under its own patent, a molecular deconstruction of its elements, and the subsequent organic integration and organoleptic reconstruction of its components.

TASTING

View: A pale straw yellow color with a lemony edge can be seen. Fine and persistent bubble.   Nose: Aromas of herbaceous and aniseed fennel, typical of the Verdejo variety, between clear touches of green apple and citrus.   Mouth: A pleasant wine with medium acidity is appreciated that recalls citrus and green apple aromas. Pleasant carbonated sensation.
