Description
PREPARATION
To make William Lawson's whiskey a selection of malt and grain whiskeys from the Scottish Highlands are used, without resorting to excess wood. This whiskey was conceived to be brave and strong. Tired of the overly elaborate snobbish whiskeys on the market and the ridiculous ways of categorizing, classifying and dividing the different whiskey options, William Lawson entered the world of Scotch with the aim of leaving his own mark, he undertook a process to create a whiskey intended to be drunk. No more, no less, as simple as that. There are no leather notes, no smoke, no pretensions.
TASTING
View: Light amber color with yellow-gold reflections.
Nose: Sweet on the nose, with light spicy notes and the creamy touch of barley malt. Hints of cocoa butter, dried shells, and oak complete the bouquet.
Mouth: Flavor of toasted cereals, with juicy apple notes and a smooth caramel finish.
