In Whitley Neill Raspberry gin, the delicious raspberries found in Scotland are balanced with notes of juniper, coriander, and licorice, to achieve a delicate sweetness that rounds out this delicious raspberry gin. Each of these ingredients is used and blended, through a manual process, to obtain the desired result.
Whitley Neill Gin is a range of premium craft gins and an established English brand dating back to 1762, it is distilled at the multi-award-winning City of London distillery, and it is the first and only gin distillery in the City of London in 200 years.
TASTING
Appearance: Light reddish.
Nose: Aroma of Scottish raspberries with notes of juniper.
Palate: An initial and distinctive flavor of juniper, coriander, and licorice that gives way to a bright, fresh, and vibrant flavor of Scottish raspberries. A perfectly balanced gin with a delicate fruity flavor and a long-lasting citrusy raspberry flavor.
