Whitley Neill Quince Gin is inspired by Frederick Neill's travels to Persia, crafted with quince from Turkey and a series of secret spices that Frederick found on one of his many journeys through Persian lands. It is an artisanal gin of exceptional quality, with a flavor as rich as its heritage.
Whitley Neill Gin is a range of premium handcrafted gins and an established English brand dating back to 1762; it is distilled at the multi-award-winning City of London distillery, the first and only gin distillery in the City of London in 200 years.
TASTING
Appearance: Bright golden yellow.
Nose: The aroma of fresh stone fruits appears immediately, gently followed by hints of juniper and citrus zest.
Palate: The distinctive quince flavor dominates the palate, giving way to the sweetness of apricots and peaches, with a long, fruity finish that opens into orange blossom and zesty grapefruits; it is the unmistakable sweet flavor of Turkish quince, blended with an intoxicating mix of Persian herbs and spices.
