PREPARATION
To make Whitley Neill Gooseberry Limited Edition gin, distillation is carried out in copper stills with the purest water and botanicals such as juniper, coriander seeds, cassia bark, orris root, angelica root, licorice, orange peel, lemon peel, gooseberry, plum and pear.

At first glance it has a crystalline color.
Nose: The aroma shows aromas of cinnamon, dried spices, pear and apple.
Mouth: On the palate this gin contains lightly sweetened gooseberry flavor, with hints of pear, which has its roots in a classic dry gin.
