Paddy Old Irish 1L.

Paddy Old Irish is a triple-distilled blended Irish whiskey produced in Cork and made, unusually, with all three styles of Irish whiskey: single pot still, single single and grain. Each ingredient adds to the quality of this whiskey, as it gives it rich light aromas, including grain, because it offers a light floral touch of crunchy sweetness. The malt helps give it sweetness with a light toasted biscuit note, giving it the usual Irish creaminess, with just a whiff of spice, honey and vanilla. Awards and recognitions:

Description

PREPARATION

Paddy Irish Whiskey traces its roots back to 1779, although it wasn't until 1913 that it changed its name to Paddy after legendary salesman Paddy Flaherty. It is made from the finest barley, and purest water from the lush landscape of Ireland's County Cork, through a triple distillation process and matures for years in three types of oak barrels, acquiring its distinctive rich, golden color in dark, aromatic warehouses before being bottled.
