Description
PREPARATION
After aging, when the bourbon leaves the barrel, some liquid is trapped inside the wood. A proprietary process extracts the rich bourbon trapped within the wood of the barrel, blends it with additionally aged Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey and bottles it at 45 proof to create a premium bourbon with greater depth and complexity: Jim Beam Devil's Cut.
