PREPARATION
Dewar’s Caribbean Smooth is the result of combining up to 40 single malts and single grains that have been aged for at least 8 years and then double aged, before being finished in old Caribbean rum casks for up to six months. The result is a whiskey with a smooth and Caribbean finish.
Founded in 1846 by John Dewar, John Dewar & Sons LTD began as a small specialist wine and spirits shop in Perth, Scotland, and has grown into a blended Scotch whiskey brand recognized and celebrated around the world.
TASTING

Nose:
Pleasant, quite intense, with subtle notes of caramel, brown sugar and tropical fruits.
Mouth:
Soft and enveloping flavor, nuances of panela, notes of tropical fruits and sophisticated touches of caramel in a stable finish.
