Winemaking
Żuchówka Vodka is made through a meticulous process that lasts 60 days and is distilled from fermented rye mash and grass grazed by European bison from the ancient Polish Bialowieza Forest, a nature reserve located in one of Europe's virgin forests. The herbs are collected, dried and cooked before macerating them for several days in tanks with water and alcohol, to obtain the extract, which is stored for a month in large barrels, after which the impurities and sediments end up at the bottom of the barrel, it is filtered and ready to make this vodka, known as Polish Bison Grass Vodka, or simply Polish Bison Vodka. Bison grass has been highly prized for centuries not only by bison, but also by Poles due to its flavor and supposed aphrodisiac properties.

Nose:
Complex and enigmatic, with herbaceous aromas (thyme and lavender), notes of vanilla and spring flowers.
Mouth:
Fresh herbal notes, lavender, jasmine tea and citrus flavors with a touch of tobacco, chocolate and coffee with milk. Very smooth and aromatic finish.
