PREPARATION

Sobieski vodka is made from 100% rye, mostly from the famous "Dankowski golden rye", recognized throughout the world for its high quality. After a continuous rectification process, in a 36-meter-high column, the distillate is mixed with the pure, crystalline water from the Oligocene spring. The result is a product of excellent quality. The Sobieski brand was created in 1998 and takes its name from the great King of Poland, Jan III Sobieski, whose courage and achievements are greatly loved and valued by the Poles. This vodka, like the King, is genuinely Polish.

TASTING

View: Clear and bright.

Nose: Aromas of spices, minerals and powdered sugar.

Mouth: Very subtle, pure, spiced rye flavor with a lively texture and magnificent smoothness. In the mouth it has a balanced, velvety, soft and dry entry with a full body, sensations of whipped cream, spice, rye paste and sweet citrus that fade with a soft warmth.
