Description
PREPARATION
Eristoff Black is made with a mixture of neutral alcohol and demineralized water, to which the magnificent flavors are added, followed by the addition of just the right amount of sugar syrup. The volume of alcohol is adjusted to 18% with demineralized water and the beautiful colorant is incorporated. Finally, the liquid is filtered through a plate to obtain a clear and shiny product.
For centuries, the Eristoff family ruled northwest Georgia, where they claimed the wilderness as their domain and made the wolf their icon. The spirit of the family is crystallized in each of its iconic bottles.

Nose:
Aroma with nuances of forest fruits that leave the more alcoholic notes of the drink in the background.

Deep flavor of raspberry and black currant with a touch of licorice, notes of green apple and spicy woodland notes.
