PREPARATION

KM.1 vodka is made from water from the “Serra de Tramuntana”, very calcareous and ideal for distillation, accompanied by potatoes from the Sa Pobla garden, most of which are destined for the export of gourmet products to the British market. All this together with the experience and facilities of the Antonio Nadal distillery and carrying out a triple distillation and its subsequent passage through a triple carbon filter, results in a product of surprising quality, very unctuous and fatty in the mouth, elegant, free of impurities and easy to drink.

Nose: Friendly, with light notes of white pepper and freshly cut potato skin.
