PREPARATION

Grey Goose La Poire is made from the best French wheat, pure spring water from Gensac-la-Pallue, which are fermented and distilled into an alcohol of the highest purity and bottled with great care in an exclusive process devised and supervised with extraordinary skill and dedication by François Thibault, the cellar master. And it is infused with Anjou pear, grown in France's Loire River Valley, an essential ingredient in classic French pastries and desserts like tarte aux poires, resulting in a superior pear vodka. Its distillation process allows gluten to be removed from the best winter wheat without distorting its distinctive properties.
