Winemaking
The base of the 42 Below distillate is wheat, not genetically modified from New Zealand and Australia, which gives it a distinctive aroma while leaving a touch of anise; through a continuous distillation process in four stages.
It comes from one of the purest and most remote corners of the earth, from the 42nd parallel that marks New Zealand. Its creator, Geoff Ross, worked diligently, focusing on exclusive ingredients to give his vodka special and unmistakable characteristics thanks to the purity of his land. 42 Below differs from potato and rye-based vodkas from Russia and Poland in that it has a smoother flavor.
