PREPARATION
Grapes: Pedro Ximénez.
The solera of the Pedro Ximénez Murillo Centenario wine was aged in the Murillo winery, to which it owes its name. He has an average age of 15 years and a very sweet profile. It is one of the most exceptional Lustau wines, outstanding and unique due to its age or some particularly differentiating element in its production. They are truly exclusive and add their peculiarity to the care and dedication that Lustau puts into each of its brands.
TASTING
View: Very dark and deep ebony color.
Nose: Aromas of ripe fruits, jam and prunes, with a background of licorice and molasses.
Mouth: Very sweet, velvety and soft in the mouth. Balanced and with a very long finish, typical of the old age of the wine.
Recommended temperature: 10-12º C.
