Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Moscatel.
The Moscatel Emilín wine is made from Moscatel grapes from the Las Cruces vineyard in Chipiona and aged for 8 years in Jerez de la Frontera. This wine belongs to Lustau's Solera Familiar range, which has its origin in the old soleras that Emilio Lustau founded in its beginnings as a warehouse winery. All types of Sherry are prominently represented in this range; from the lightest Finos and Manzanillas to full-bodied wines such as Oloroso and Palo Cortados, without forgetting the sweet Moscatel and Pedro Ximénez.
TASTING
View: Very dark mahogany color with iodine trim.
Nose: Floral and citrus aromas.
Mouth: Flavor of raisin and spiced fruits. Full and very long on the palate. Enormously sweet, with a pleasant acidity.
Recommended temperature: 10-12º C.
