Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo
Made only with Tempranillo grapes, from 25-year-old vineyards. Harvested by hand and aged for 18 months in French and American oak barrels and a minimum rest of 6 months.
TASTING
View: It looks intense cherry color with violet hues.
Nose: The aromas of tobacco and truffle are combined with the primary notes of ripe wild fruit.
Mouth:
The palate is wide and intense, but also friendly thanks to the perfect integration of its tannins, and fresh thanks to magnificent acidity. With a round and persistent finish, with elegant bitter notes that outline a classic wine.
Recommended temperature: 16ºC.
