PREPARATION

Aged in oak barrels for one year, Yzaguirre Rojo Reserva Vermouth is made by hand using a recipe that dates back to the 19th century, and that uses almost eighty herbs and spices, in addition to the best flavors obtained from the most select grape varieties. A unique and secret formula to rediscover vermouth through the most special flavors. Since its founding in 1884, Vermut Yzaguirre has accumulated valuable knowledge and prestige inside and outside of Spain. Its artisanal production process and exclusive formulas, together with rigorous quality control, are the key to a unique aroma and flavor.

TASTING

View: Mahogany red color.

 

Nose: Aromatic and velvety; with notes of wood, herbs and spices reminiscent of ripe fruit.

 

Mouth: Its taste is balanced, in harmony with its acidity. Its twelve months in oak barrels give it consistency and character.
