Description
PREPARATION
The preparation of Martini Special Reserve Rubino vermouth is based on a recipe from more than 150 years ago. A secret blend that combines Italian wines from wineries with a strong relationship with Martini, carefully selected with exotic botanicals, such as red sandalwood and three varieties of artemisia, essential in its composition, since without it this vermouth could not belong to the PGI Torino.
With the 'Riserva Speciale' series, Martini pays tribute to the traditional methods used by the house's first master herbalist: Luigi Rossi.
TASTING
View:
Beautiful cherry color.
Nose:
It highlights an intense smell of maraschino cherry, spices such as black pepper and bitter orange. In the background, hay, thyme and sandalwood.
Mouth:
Remarkable silky and glyceric passage. The citrus and bitter flavors are triggered, with notable red fruit components. Very pleasant aftertaste with a herbal bouquet, stimulating bitterness, nutmeg and pepper.
