Martini Fiero 1L.

PREPARATION

Fruity and with citrus notes, Martini Fiero is made from a mixture of fine selected white wines, oranges from Murcia and artemisia from Pancalieri. The orange peels are cut by hand into long strips, placed on linen fabrics and left to dry naturally in the sun. After a couple of weeks, the skins are ready to be used. This laborious artisanal process allows the essential oils contained in the shell and all the aromas to be preserved. The aromatic and mineral notes of Martini Fiero, on the other hand, derive from Artemisia Absinthium and Artemisia Pontica collected in Italy.

TASTING

Nose: Aroma of orange and minerals.

Mouth: The palate is fresh and spicy with great notes of citrus peel.
