PREPARATION

Martini Extra Dry was first launched on New Year's Day 1900, having great international success. Its preparation consists of a natural infusion of botanical ingredients from a selection of more than 40 different herbs from around the world. This infusion is made from a blend of the most exquisite Trebbiano wines from Emilia Romagna and Catarratto wines from Sicily and reveals at its heart the acidity of the aromatic Florentine Orris (iris roots) cultivated for three years before drying in the sun.

TASTING

View: Clear appearance. Pale yellow color with greenish hues.

Nose: Delicate essences of raspberry, melon and peach, intertwined with apple skin and pulp, on a subtle background of lemon and acacia honey.

Mouth: On the palate, a delicious apple peel flavor predominates mixed with floral notes of lily and light touches of wood that give it a balanced acidity and a formidable aromatic load. Spicy finish, full of cinnamon and peach.
