Description
PREPARATION
The production of Martini Bianco is carried out in several steps: The base wine is mainly composed of the Trebbiano variety and other wine varieties from all over Turin. It is first filtered through charcoal. It is then infused with sweet herbs and spices from the Alps, sweetened with beet sugar and enriched with a spirit.
TASTING
View: Light color.
Nose: It shows complex aromas of citrus, peach, raspberry, tobacco and vanilla.
Mouth: Very rich texture with flavors of ginger, apples, cinnamon, notes of herbs, honey, vanilla and lemon. The finish is long with a sweet aftertaste of apples, spices, cinnamon and honey.
