Winemaking
The Vaudon VS Fins Bois cognac is made with 100% Ugni Blanc grapes, it is a sublime selection of excellent spirits. Processed by double distillation on lees and aged in new Limousin oak barrels for 2 to 3 years, it is a brilliantly crafted cognac. Pierre Vaudon is well known for its cognacs, with its traditional lees distillation technique setting it apart from other producers in the region. House Vaudon dates back to 1771 and has an impressive history and heritage. It is thanks to this transmission of ancestral techniques and processes that a truly exceptional cognac comes to life.

Nose: Fins Bois spirits provide interesting flavors of fresh berries supported by an important vanilla atmosphere completed by a bouquet with notes of fruits such as pear or apricot, a beautiful harmony.
Mouth: The attack is soft and delicate, a well-known signature of good Fins Bois cognacs. A beautiful marriage between a basket of white fruits and light notes of licorice.
