PREPARATION
Bedrock Gin originated during a conversation between two people in a pub in the Lake District, Lake District, in the north of England. Their vision was to create a distillate that reflected the qualities of the area.
It is made by traditional distillation from water from the natural sources of the Lakes Region and botanicals, including the bark of old oak, more than 150 years old, from the national park. It is an award-winning blend of 11 vibrant and stimulating botanicals, enlivened by the energy of the botanicals and perfected by passionate craftsmanship to create a particularly smooth gin. A blend of juniper, coriander, lemon, orange peel, angelica root, licorice and cinnamon gives Bedrock a subtle citrus character that refreshes and revives. Distilling the blend of botanicals together with dried oak bark from the Lake District kiln produces a clear, smooth finish.
