Tomatin is a whiskey distillery located south of Inverness, the capital of the Highlands, and was founded in 1897 by a group of Inverness businessmen. It was expanded numerous times and at the end of 1974 it had 23 stills and a production capacity of 12 million liters per year. Tomatin Legacy Whiskey: a premium Single Malt Scotch that captures the essence of the Highlands. The name legacy is a tribute to the legacy of Tomatin, a distillery that has historically offered homes located within the compound to its workers. Prizes and scores:

Description
PREPARATION
This single malt is made from whiskey aged in ex-Bourbon barrels and virgin oak barrels. The use of virgin oak is something very original in terms of the production of Scottish products, which is why this whiskey is different.
TASTING
View:
Sparkling amber color.
Nose:
Aromas of wild heather, pine and cedar soon sweeten to reveal notes of caramel cream with apples, pears and mango. Full body and creamy finish.
Mouth:
Soft flavors of toffee, pine, lemon sorbet, apple and sponge cake emerge before a clear, clean finish.
