Description
PREPARATION
Togouchi is a Japanese whiskey blend consisting of 40% Scottish malt and 60% Canadian grain from producers Chugoku Jozo, who mature their whiskeys in a railway tunnel. Togouchi ages in oak barrels for 15 years. The bouquet is vegetal received by woody notes, sweet and creamy touches.
TASTING
View: Slightly cloudy.
Nose:
As if you entered a candy store, with an air of nuts, chocolate and honey.
Mouth:
Flavors of toasted honey, vanilla, sweet and a floral touch, with a long finish, maintaining its sweetness, like vanilla with a spicy touch.
