Description
PREPARATION
The Singleton of Dufftown Tailfire is aged in old European sherry casks. In this way, they manage to highlight the aroma of red fruits and vanilla. The Dufftown Singleton is distilled at the Dufftown distillery in Speyside, one of the largest in Scotland, where single malts have been produced since 1896. To create new malt whiskeys with exceptional flavour, they use traditional methods, such as maturation in European oak casks previously used for sherry.

Nose:
Soft vanilla aroma.
Mouth:
Soft, energetic and fresh. Initial notes of barley malt and grass that merge with fruit jam and plum skin.
