PREPARATION
The Observatory 20 Years is a Single Grain whiskey that has aged 100% in Bourbon barrels for 20 years, which gives it a unique and full-bodied character on the palate. This blend was made by Stephanie Macleod, one of the few female master blenders, and daughter of John Dewar. This whiskey is aged at the Macduff distillery.
TASTING
View:
Amber color.
Nose:
White chocolate and summer berries, with lemon cheesecake.
Mouth:
Pink marshmallow and dark chocolate flavor, with creamy vanilla and buttered toast. Final flavor of vanilla fudge and cocoa powder.
