PREPARATION
Aging takes place in Tottori Prefecture in a natural environment where the temperature varies drastically from season to season. It is then diluted with high-quality natural spring water from Mount Daisen. It is a masterpiece made with heart and passion by the Matsui team. On its label you can see the work of art “Beauty in the Cherry Blossom Garden” by Kikukawa Eizan.
