Description
PREPARATION
Aged in Mizunara oak barrels. Mizunara oak or “water oak” is known for its rarity and the difficulty of working it into barrels. The “spirits” aged in this type of oak obtain unique and original flavors. Distillation in copper still. Aging takes place in Tottori Prefecture in a natural environment where the temperature varies drastically from season to season. It is then diluted with high quality natural spring water from Mont Daisen.
TASTING
View: It has a light amber color.
Nose:
Fresh aroma with hints of vanilla and a touch of oriental spices.
Mouth:
Fresh, complete and rich palate. Oak flavor with oriental spices and a finish with notes of caramel
