The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Medow 70cl. - Case
Created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney to celebrate the lushness and fertility of Scotland's lands. It is the third edition of this collection where recycling is the basis of it. This whiskey is The Macallan's deep commitment to the land, and the two sisters' love of the abundant Scottish green. This partnership marks the first time both sisters have worked together. This collaboration has allowed them to remember a part of their childhood in Scotland where they spent precious time with their family. The name Amber Meadow originates from memories of summer days in the amber fields on their family farm in the Scottish countryside.

Description
PREPARATION
The team led by Steven Bremner has created a single malt in the traditional way in terms of maceration, fermentation and subsequent distillation in small copper stills. It was then matured in a mix of seasoned sherry and bourbon oak casks.
Distinctive packaging celebrating Scotland's lush green lands – both the presentation box and bottle labels are made from discarded meadow cuttings. Each side of the box includes a photograph of The Macallan Estate taken by Mary McCartney and selected by Stella McCartney.

Color like a summer sunset.
Nose:
Very rich aromas of orange and lemon, honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut and fields of ripe barley.
Mouth:
Flavors of oak, lemon, melon and classic bun, almonds and green tea. Its finish is rich, sweet, long and complex.
Food pairing
Better alone, with a few drops of water, with cooling cubes or ice.
