PRODUCTION

King of Soho is a premium, bespoke gin, smooth and full-bodied. It was created by Howard as a tribute to the original 'King of Soho', his father Paul Raymond. It is crafted in small batches using traditional methods in a stainless steel still, with a quadruple distillation process using 12 botanicals, including juniper, coriander, grapefruit and sweet orange peel, angelica root, and cassia. These botanicals are blended with water and left to steep overnight to achieve a unique flavor profile. Once the quadruple distillation is complete, only water and wheat spirit are added.

TASTING

Appearance: Crystal clear.

Nose: Clean and delicate on the nose, revealing classic notes of juniper and pine with a refreshing citrus peel. Grapefruit gives way to delicately spicy notes.

Palate: Smooth and full-bodied on the palate, juniper, coriander, and citrus notes stand out, including grapefruit peel, balanced by angelica root and cassia.
