Marinated duck meat, pork loin, pork shoulder, eggs, pork liver, Cahors wine, salt, Armagnac, shallots, garlic, pepper, 4 spices (cilantro, cinnamon, caraway, cloves, nutmeg, chilli) and nutmeg.
