Description
PREPARATION
San Jose Gold Reposado is made from Tequilana Weber blue agave harvested 7 years after planting. After being harvested and sliced, the piñas, which are the heart of the agave and look like a 100-pound pineapple, are steamed and mashed before being fermented. Next, a double slow distillation is carried out, which guarantees the quality of this product and allows us to obtain a spirit of high character. Subsequently, it is aged for a minimum of 2 months to 1 year in oak barrels.
TASTING
View: Golden color.
Nose: Aromas of citrus peel and black pepper.
Mouth: Roasted agave flavor and a little caramel sweetness.
