Description
PREPARATION
Espinoza Blanco is made from 100% blue agave from the northern area “La Higuera”, at the foot of the Tequila Volcano in a micro distillery, with a slow process and with great attention to every detail. Starting with a careful selection of only mature agaves (thinning) and cutting without stalks. It is an organic tequila, with a completely artisanal flavor, without coloring or flavorings.
TASTING
View: Bright, clean and with character.
Nose: Notes of ripe and well-cooked agave, pumpkin and citrus fruits such as orange and lime stand out.
Mouth: Agave flavor with citrus and herbaceous notes, oak with notes of vanilla and chocolate and a long, dry aftertaste.
