Description
PREPARATION
Casamigos Blanco is made in small batches with the finest hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agaves, grown in the rich red clay and cool climate of the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is obtained through a very careful and slow production process in which fermentation lasts about 80 hours, the typical fermentation of a tequila normally lasts 48 hours. After distillation, Casamigos Silver Tequila appears first, a white tequila that rests for two months before being bottled.
TASTING
View: Clear, transparent color.
Nose: Notes of lemon, black pepper and nutmeg. Also slightly buttery, with aromatic floral notes.
Mouth: Fresh and clean with hints of citrus, vanilla and sweet agave, with a long and smooth finish.
