Teeling Single Grain is a very pleasant Single Grain whiskey, sweet and quite light but full of flavor. Aged in wine barrels that have contained Cabernet Sauvignon. A sweet and fruity style of whiskey with prominent flavors of vanilla, butter and honey. Very soft and very easy to wear. Awards and recognitions:

Description
PREPARATION
Teeling Single Grain matures in wine barrels that have contained Californian Cabernet Sauvignon, which adds depth to the character of the Single Grain produced from corn and wheat. Unfiltered bottled in 2015. The result is a smooth and fruity Irish whiskey (red berries and grapes) with notes of vanilla, honey and salted butter caramel. Located in the heart of historic Liberties, a city steeped in whiskey history, Teeling Whiskey Distillery opened its doors in 2015 as the first new distillery in Dublin in over 125 years. Since opening, Teeling Distillery has won over 20 awards including 'Best Visit in Ireland' at the 2019 CIE Awards and 'Sustainable Distillery of the Year' at the 2022 Whiskey Icons Awards.
TASTING
View:
Light gold color.
Nose:
Sweet, fruity, slightly floral with vanilla and fragrant spices.
Mouth:
Toffee, spices, orchard fruits, grape skin, polished oak and caramel. Finish with tannic touches of grape skin and red wine, with spiced butter and mantecados.
