Description
PRODUCTION
Tanqueray Malacca is a uniquely styled gin, named after the third smallest and one of the most paradisiacal states in Malaysia. Its production is based on a recipe devised by Charles Tanqueray in 1839 during one of his trips through Southeast Asia, where he traveled in search of the finest spices for making his gins.
The Tanqueray London Dry formula is distilled with citrus fruits, grapefruit, cinnamon, and clove to create an unparalleled spiced flavor.
TASTING
Appearance:
Colorless.
Nose:
Citrusy and fruity. The juniper aroma is very subtle and soon gives way to hints of berries and notes of coriander, among other characteristics.
Palate:
Sweet, spicy, and intensely citrusy, with a fruity touch; the juniper goes practically unnoticed, making it smooth, with a slight bitter finish.
