PREPARATION
Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
Taittinger Brut Reserva is composed of 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, which come from more than 35 different vineyards and several harvests perfectly matured. This strong proportion of Chardonnay, unique among the great non-vintage Champagne, as well as a minimum aging of three years in the cellar, where it reaches its full aromatic maturity, make Taittinger Brut Reserva a very balanced Champagne, whose quality, of absolute constancy, is recognized throughout the world.
TASTING
View: Bright, golden straw yellow in color. The bubbles are fine. The foam is discreet and persistent.
Nose: Very open and expressive, aromas of fruits and brioche with hints of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod.
Mouth: The entry into the mouth is lively, fresh, harmonious. Fruit and honey flavors are then delicately expressed.
