PRODUCTION
In accordance with the London Dry Gin tradition, Six Ravens is obtained exclusively from the distillation of selected botanicals, such as juniper berries, coriander, lemon peel, and fresh ginger root; no sweeteners, colorings, or any other ingredient (other than water) are added to the distillate. In particular, the magical ingredient of fresh ginger gives Six Ravens Gin its unique fruity yet spicy flavor.
TASTING
Appearance: Colorless.
Nose: Citrus aromas of lemon zest.
Palate: The fruity yet at the same time spicy taste of ginger not only harmonizes perfectly with the typical spicy juniper notes, but also pairs very well with the slightly bitter taste of tonic water.
