PRODUCTION
The production of Gin Simple is characterized by its simplicity. The botanicals selected to create the flavor of SIMPLE go through two processes. Some are distilled separately: juniper, Scottish pine shoots and lemon peels. The rest are infused: coriander seeds, elderflower, sage flower, angelica root, cardamom seeds, nutmeg. All of this in precise quantities to obtain the desired final flavor, always consistent, an emblem of the elegance of this Italian and 100% classic gin, in a very carefully controlled blending process.
