PRODUCTION
The Sikkim Greenery gin is made by meticulously blending red tea and juniper spirit with floral essences, resulting in a new experience for the senses, with unique aromas and completely different flavors to enjoy on the palate. All of this thanks to ancient copper stills (built in 1875) and the master's perfect distillation, who has found the Premium balance in the proportions of alcohols and essences.
Sikkim has gins that are unique in the world. Made with a red tea base from the Tibet area, specifically from Sikkim, in India, where one of the best teas in the world is grown. It is the least populated state in India. It borders Nepal and Tibet and was the gateway to tea routes coming from China. It is there that the only garden where the red tea used to make Sikkim gins is grown can be found.
TASTING
Appearance: Pale color.
Nose: Notes of green apple with refreshing menthol touches, coriander, iris, calamus and bitter orange peel.
Palate: Fruity flavor, easy and smooth on entry. Flavors of green apple, coriander and red tea predominate, with a long finish.
