Toasted sardines, hand-packed and covered with olive oil. With its characteristic shiny silver color, a creamy texture and an intense fishy flavor, improving in the can with maceration in olive oil, we recommend tasting it on toasted bread spread with fresh tomato or salted butter and with some thin slices of onion. Sardines have a high Omega 3 content.
