Description
PREPARATION
Sadashi is the result of blending malt and grain whiskeys that are finished in the delicate Mizunara oak, an indigenous Japanese oak, which needs more than 200 years before it can be used for the production of wooden barrels. Mizunara oak is extremely porous and results in a very velvety whiskey on the palate with complex notes of coconut, vanilla, sandalwood, spices and Japanese incense. Campeny Distilleries, a family business that has been producing liqueurs and spirits since 1970, always paying close attention to quality and service, which, since its inception, has been distinguished by a desire for improvement and innovation, based on constant improvement at all levels.
TASTING
View: Golden color.
Nose: Woody aroma with hints of vanilla and flowers.
Mouth: Very velvety with complex notes of coconut, vanilla, sandalwood, spices and Japanese incense.
