Ruinart Rosé Magnum 1.5L.

Ruinart Rosé Magnum 1.5L.

Ruinart Rosé is a fresh Rose Champagne that evokes bright rose petals with a fine, satiny mousse. Archives reveal that Ruinart shipped the first rosé Champagne more than 250 years ago. It will be enhanced with thin slices of fine Italian prosciutto (San Daniele, Parma, etc.). A starter of mi-cuit salmon, or salmon prepared like a Japanese “tataki”, will reveal its many facets. As a main course, it will be a notable complement to a leg of milk lamb or a beef fillet cooked at a low temperature. At the end of the meal, you will find its maximum expression with a red fruit soup enriched with an excellent balsamic vinegar from Modena. The lush red fruit flavors make this rosé Champagne one of the best, even now. Awards and recognitions:

Description

PREPARATION

Grapes: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

The history of Ruinart Rosé, the first rosé Champagne to appear, dates back to the 18th century. Although Ruinart rosé Champagne first appeared more than 250 years ago, its excellent quality remains the essential characteristic of the production of this delicate wine to this day. Its uniqueness lies in the unique balance of its blend of Chardonnay sourced mostly from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims vineyards, Ruinart's emblematic grape variety, and Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne vineyards vinified as a red wine. From 20 to 25% from reserve wines from the previous 2 years. The fullness and character of the Pinot Noir consolidate the freshness of the Chardonnay.

TASTING

View: The color is a delicate pomegranate pink with very slightly orange reflections. The bright, light effervescence has a persistent foam.

Nose: The nose is subtle and fresh, first offering an original palette of tropical fruits (guava and lychee) and small berries (raspberries, cherries and wild strawberries) in the first instance. It is followed by notes of rose and pomegranate that complete the complex and intense aromatic profile, dominated by somewhat underdeveloped primary aromas.

Mouth: In the mouth the attack is different and full, cradled by a soft effervescence. The aromas of freshly picked berries are fully expressed. The balance brings together delicious freshness and a voluptuous body, expressed by an elegant invigorating touch of mint and pink grapefruit.

Recommended temperature: 8-10ºC.
