PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Monastrell, native grape from Alicante.
Marina Espumante Rosado is made using the Charmat method with a selection of the best Monastrell grapes and a natural fermentation process, which after a slight cold maceration, produces a fresh, youthful and cheerful wine, which preserves all the grape's own aromas. The Marina Espumante family of products has been a revolution in the world of wine and has received important recognition in the international market and especially among consumers under 30 years of age. Bodegas Bocopa was established in 1987, when a group of Alicante wineries came together to improve the marketing of their productions in order to provide outlets for the largest possible part of the production of the wine cellars in Alicante.
TASTING
View: Its pink foam stands out on a raspberry-colored background. It has a fine, elegant and persistent bubble, the result of the naturalness of the carbon dioxide and its excellent integration.
Nose: It highlights its freshness with fruity touches of cherry, rose petals and red berries. Very expressive.
Mouth: You can feel the sparkling bubble that balances the sweetness of the grapes typical of winemaking with the flavor of candied fruit, fatty and mineral. Fruity retronasal.
