PREPARATION
Pyrat XO Reserve is a select blend of nine rums from different Caribbean countries. This refined result is due to an advanced mixing and aging technique that preserves the spirit and character of each rum used as an ingredient in the preparation. Many of them have been aged for more than 15 years, which gives the Pyrat X.O. Reserve a polished finish that is perfected in Limousin wooden barrels and in American oak barrels where bourbon has previously been aged, with three centuries of age and tradition.
TASTING
View:
Amber color, clean, bright.
Nose:
Very citrusy. At first impression, what stands out the most is a fresh orange peel fragrance with notes of cinnamon, vanilla, sugared almonds and honeyed notes.
Mouth:
Its attack is delicate, silky, easy to pass, with the alcohol very well integrated. The predominant notes are citrus orange, caramel, vanilla, cinnamon and a subtle touch of spice. Its finish is medium-long, with citrus and honeyed notes that are very tasty in the mouth.
