Description

PREPARATION

The Ron Malteco 20 Años Reserva del Fundador matures in special climatic conditions at 2,300 meters in the highlands of Guatemala. Guatemala's sugar cane plantations are known for their excellent quality, which is reflected in the format of the rum. Malteco Rum is made from sugar cane juice after the first pressing through continuous distillation and then matures for 20 years in exquisite oak barrels. The long aging in barrel gives it notes of vanilla, as well as tones of wood and tobacco.

TASTING

Nose: A sweet smell of chocolate and vanilla, framed by prunes, awakens anticipation for the first sip. Fruity notes combine with chocolate, vanilla and a light touch of oak to create a symphony of aromas that seduces our palate.

 

Mouth: Smooth, silky and sweet flavor with notes of chocolate and vanilla, with a long and full effect on the finish that makes you want more.
